What does this lip liner do?

How is this different from the Lip Liner Pencil?

This is an automatic retractable liner, so there's no sharpening needed. Simply twist up to the desired length. The silicone-based formula with Shea Butter gives a slightly smoother, creamier application compared to the traditional wax-based pencil.
