Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
True Colour Beauty is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
True Colour Beauty is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

Once approved, you will receive the RA# and the return address for the nearest warehouse.
Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
